Gifts of a unique nature

As we produced products with our mill operations, we began to accumulate wood that was beautiful by itself but had very little usefulness. In past years, this bi-product would have become fuel for the wood stove but in many pieces, the character and unique aspects were more than a fireplace should get.

We started looking at how these items could again be salvaged into new products. Below, please look through some of the items made with our “re-salvaged” material. The graphics on some of the items has been laser engraved with our 75 watt Epliog Laser, purchased to personalized many of the gifts items created. If you have an idea, please let us know and we will see what can come of it.

Custom crafted desk set from salvaged Black Walnut. Set includes the quartz electric clock, walnut burl twist pen and laser engraved graphics and text. Size is 12″ long X 4″ wide and 8″ high. Custom hand crafted in Cle Elum, Washington. The walnut material was salvaged from the Wallingford area fo Seattle.

Here is an example of a personalized writing instrument. The wood is turned from Rocky Mountain Juniper which was re-salvaged from our nomal operations. These pens are unique and great gifts for every occasion.
